KORU PHARMA Refund and Shipping Policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are shipped with internationally acknowledged courier companies DHL Express and Fedex with Express Worldwide and International Priority, respectively. We also have other options including EMS and EMS Premium.
You can choose the most suitable option with your sales manager.

Delivery time is usually within one week. It can take more time depends on area.

Shipping cost will be approved at the time you complete your order.

When ordering from Koru Pharma you are the importer and responsible for import custom clearance and payment of custom duties (IF REQUIRED).

If a package is lost or incorrectly delivered we will open a case at our forwarders to solve this problem, but we cannot resend the package or refund money in the case of customs disposal.  If however, customs return the package to Koru Pharma it can be sent again with the client / customer paying logistics costs.

Please note that as a customer (importer) you agree to understand all rules and regulations of the accepting territory. If the customs office stops your package, we advise that you contact your local customs office to either have the package released or rejected and have it sent back to Koru Pharma. Once we receive the returned package, we will resend it in an alternative way. Koru Pharma do not take responsibility for seized goods.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Koru Pharma is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
